How do I transfer my notes from my iPhone 6s to my PC and convert them to Word documents?

If by PC you mean a Mac(since this is the iCloud for Mac forum) and you sync notes with iCloud, you can open the Notes App on the Mac and copy and paste the text form the note straight into Word.
If you are using a Windows PC, you can do the same thing but through a web browser from the Notes app in http://iCloud.com
Beyond that, there is no way to export Notes directly to Word format.
You can instead choose to create your Notes directly in Word for iOS on your iPhone, and then you can open them in Word on your computer.
