I just noticed the home screen clock icon no longer has the correct time that it once had. what's up?
Did iOS 11 do away with this?
Rudegar, I did a full shutdown of the phone and on restart the clock icon is now correct. Thanks for taking the time.
I did a complete shut down of my iPhone and the clock icon started to work again.

I have this problem too, since ios 11 update. Keeps freezing at random time. Only way I know to restart it is to reboot.

It shows the wrong time. If I open the clock, when I come back to the home screen, the correct time stays on for about 1 second then reverts back to 4:50

You shouldn't have to restart to get the correct time. This problem has been around before ios 11. Has Apple indicated they are working on this?
I fixed mine with a reboot of my iPhone and iPad.
It now shows the correct time.
