4K HDR 60 HZ vs 4K Dolby Vision 30HZ
I have a 2016 LG OLED TV. It supports 4K HDR in 60 HZ but only 4K Dolby Vision in 30 HZ. Which setting should I use? My specific model is the LG OLED65C6P.

This is from a new user in a similar situation
I use DV HDR at 24hz for DV movies on my E6 OLED, and HDR 24hz for HDR movies. The menu is a little sluggish, but nothing that bothers me. Don't use DV HDR for the HDR10 movies listed in itunes. It clips the whites pretty bad. If the movie in itunes is listed as DV, then use DV. IF listed as HDR use HDR. And don't use HDR or DV for any non HDR content. It makes it look pretty bad. Apple should have included native output setting.

So he's constantly changing the settings? That's not a realistic option for me. Plus the Apple TV interface looks great with hdr enabled.
Indeed, the Apple TV should detect the hdr type and use that (or none of no hdr). We should be able to set a preference if both hdr10 and dolby vision are available.
what do you do with Netflix shows? Aren't Shows usually in 30/60 Hz???
