Ringtones done work

After I upgraded to ios11, my ringtones would not work. They are appearing as options to choose for ringtones, they test ok, and even though I choose them, they don't ring. I get the default ring.

I have restarted my phone. Tried switching tones, and then switching back. syncing my phone.

Help.
