Activity app: missing data

The following steps may lead to your achievements being reported correctly:

• Close the Watch app, Activity app and Health app (if open) on your iPhone:

  Double-click on the Home button, then swipe up on each app preview.

• Turn both devices off together, then restart your iPhone first:
  • Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
  • Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

If your achievements are not reported accurately in the Activity app immediately after following these steps, wait until the next day to see whether they are instead corrected then.

If the issue persists, then I suggest that you contact Apple Support or make a Genius Bar reservation for assistance, being sure to explain that this issue has arisen in conjunction with updating to iOS 11 and watchOS 4:

My activity returned to zero and that really p**sed me off since I was at over 300 days. I have had SO MUCH trouble with my phone and watch over the last couple of days that I'm no longer so Apple happy. And the latest upgrade has made a couple of things worse. Not a happy Apple user right now.

Same problem here. 35 days of activity data are missing, my streak shows 150 days but also 185 (correct data).

I regret updating to WatchOS 4.0... Hope Apple releases a fix in a future update.
