No Portrait Mode in iPhone 8

So I am trying to find Portrait mode and it doesn't exist on my just delivered 8.

Not in the camera settings that scroll from video/photo/square/pano etc.

Nothing in the Settings for Camera either that dealt with this.

Not sure how to turn this on.

Maybe I restored from an old model and that gacked things up.

Entirely not impressed with the update experience this go around due to a few factors and now this.
