How can i save PDFs locally in Files App on iOS 11 ?

Hello guys,


In the files app on iOS 11 i see icloud drive and recently deleted files in locations , and when i go to icloud folder and try to move pdf files to my iphone i can't do that , how can i add iphone to the files app ?

And so do I.


The files app does not give you unrestricted access to the phone's file system.


App developers add their own "locations' as places you can access. The "On My Device" section is where those 3rd party locations would be if you had one. If you don't see it, it is because you do not yet have a 3rd party app installed that will use a local or "On My iPhone" location.


You see only 1 location because that's all you have installed.
