Autofill is using old data

Since upgrading to Safari 11.0, autofill is no longer using the correct information on my rMBP. It's pulling a photo, phone number, and address I changed over 5 years ago from somewhere. Also, it only offers a "Customize..." option when I click on the autofill icon in a form field.

I've tried the following:

1) Toggled autofill in Safari on/off

2) Deleted and recreated my Me contact card

3) Tested on iPhone (which uses the correct info)

4) Verified My card info is correct in iCloud both online and locally

Has anybody else experienced this issue? I could use some help fixing this. It's not a show-stopper, but it is super irritating.

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), macOS Sierra (10.12.6), SAFARI 11.0

Quit Safari. Try going to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db and move it to the trash. Reopen and test.

That worked for me. In my case, there were two autofill IDs for one website and one of them was very old. The entries were swapping back and forth when I used the site. It was pretty frustrating. The old data was preserved over two new Macs. I erroneously assumed it could not possibly still be anywhere on my current MacBook. I found the old data in the Autofill/ID's and Passwords preference pane and and It took about 2 seconds to solve the problem this way.
