I purchased Kaspersky Internet Security through ITunes, got a receipt with a purchase number but no activation code. I have looked all over on where to find the activation code, have pushed every button and link available, but have come up with zip. Tried help at both Kaspersky and Itunes, but each answered questions I did not ask, and sent me to the other. Any help out there for a novice like me?

This is somewhat confusing as since iTunes 12.7 was released on Sept. 12, 2017, it is no longer possible to purchase applications through iTunes on a Mac.

So it's hard to tell what you purchased, and where you purchased it.
Even in the old days, purchasing an application through iTunes would imply it was for an IOS device. It's hard to imagine Kaspersky for iOS. Perhaps you purchased something in the App Store for the Mac? Or if it was really for an iOS device, then check the App Store on that device.
