My computer auto updated Safari and now I'm having all sorts of issues:
1.) gmail keeps giving me partner.android.com errors with Forbidden 403 errors
2.) I can't open other websites which immediately open with chrome.
This *****! Anyone know the fix? Guessing it's some security issue I need to get around.

Tried all that still no joy. In desperation I reinstalled Sierra hoping that Safari 10.1.2 was still within it. It was so now back to normal. IMHO Safari 11 not very good Spoke to Apple they blame every body else. All other browsers seem to work OK. I do not need all this grief I may not update my iMac now.
I reinstalled Safari 10.1.2 as well because none of the above described thinks really works: cleaned the caches and cookies, disabled/uninstalled extensions etc. -> still frequent crashing to inusability.
What a crap version... But going back to 10.1.2 is working flawlessly.
I will wait for 11.0.1 at least.
Another thread fixed it for me. Uncheck "Never use font sizes smaller than _____" box in Safari/Preferences/Advanced
I have this question as well, cannot access my bank after safari 11.0 update
Safari -> Preferences -> Extentions
Disable all extensions and go to a known broken site. Enable one by one until you isolate the problem.
I found that going to High Sierra resolved all my issues with Safari 11. I can only conclude imho Safari 11 and Sierra do not get on at all well with each other.
