I have issue updating the apple watch software?

whenever I try to update my software this message shows up:

Software Update Failed

An error occurred downloading the

latest version of watchOS on your

Apple Watch.

............................................................

close | Open App


when I hit the open app option it takes me back to the downloading page and I repeat the process more then one time

my apple watch charge is above 50% and its connected to the charge

I have the the latest version of the IOS on my iPhone !!

I have my phone connected to the WiFi!


I rest the WiFi connection more then once!

I rest the Iphone! still does not work!

I rest the apple watch!!:( does not work either !


please anyone can help with this issue?

Check that you are following all of the relevant instructions here:


Update your Apple Watch - Apple Support


They include deleting any downloaded update file (see under the heading "If you need help updating") and, if appropriate, the instructions under the heading "If you installed an iOS or watchOS beta or developer seed".


Check also that your iPhone is connected to Wi-Fi (not Mi-Fi).


If the issue persists, then it may help to unpair and re-pair your Apple Watch:



If the issue then still persists, I suggest that you contact Apple Support for assistance:

Sorry to hear that this isn't working for you! It seems as if you've taken the proper steps to troubleshooting this issue and you're not getting the right result. I'd recommend calling Apple for support by phone since it may be more convenient for you. Hopefully they'll be able to steer you in the right direction as far as your watchOS update goes.
