Apple ID has two numbers, how do i remove the primary number

Hi There, my apple ID has two numbers, one from my old sim card and one from my new sim card. When I want to activate imessage with the new number, the old number keeps popping up.

I have checked and the new number is on my phone under info as well as iTunes when I sync.

I have tried all the tricks mentioned on teh post about deactivating iMessage, Facetime, sign out from iCloud, reboot as well as resetting the phone but it appears the issue lies with Apple ID storing the two numbers.

When I sign into my Apple ID, it only shows my email address, nowhere does it show my mobile number or teh old number...

How can I delete the old number from my Apple ID...?

By the way, when I go into my iPhone Settings, then go to "Apple ID, iClould and iTunes settings", I cannot access the "Name, Phone Numbers, Email". The wheels spins and after a few seconds it stops. I can access the other info like "Password & Security" but not "Name, Phone Numbers, Email".User uploaded file
