Workout option for strength training
Hi,
I have updated my apple watch to the latest software last week and since it was announced that additional workout options were implemented I was hoping that there is now an option for strength training as you do in the gym. Unfortunately there is still no option for that.
Many people are exercising in the gym and I am really surprised that there is no possibility for this, how are you doing this? Should I just use the "other" option?
