No Auto Switching between HDR & Dolby Vision
If you have a tv that supports both HDR10 and Dolby Vision, do you have to manually switch back and forth in the Apple TV settings depending on what each movie or show supports?

I understand that auto-switching is coming in tvOS 11.2. Until then, I was told by Apple leaving the Apple TV set in Dolby Vision, if your tv and/or AVR is compatible, is the best solution.
This is so absurd reply from a tech support specialist. This article doesn't explain anything about why your Apple TV doesn't switch auto from HDR10 to DolbyVision or wise versa. I have to manually change Picture mode to HDR or Dolby Vision for relevant content. Saying that your apple tv 4K doesn't send HDR10 and DolbyVision signal through the HDMI to auto Switch HDR10 and DolbyVision Modes Playbacks from your own iTune Movies Store. I own 25 Movies and all have same issue. Auto Switching option we need for this. If not then it will be returned to the retail store where I got it from. Very bad approach towards an issue which is raised by fellow member and you guys give what? Article Link? Really!
p.s. I have a 4K Bluray Player which auto switch modes. So, there is definitely need for an update fix for this. Hope someone with proper knowledge on this issue will give us reply.
