Alarm notifications on watch stopped working after recent update.

So after I did my update on my series one on Friday, the reminder alarms I have set on it don't vibrate on my wrist anymore. The alarm still goes off at the right time but it doesn't give me any notification. It still vibrates when I get texts/calls though.
