daylight saving time wrong

Hi, I'm in London, UK and at 15:20 this afternoon I made a change to my Billing Info. I instantaneously received an email from Apple saying "The following changes to my Apple ID were made at 14:20…" Has someone been messing around with my Flux Capacitor?
