windows 10 taskbar not working on mac

I've been using windows 10 on my Mac for a while without problem via Bootcamp, but a while ago the taskbar just suddenly stopped working. I can still right click on it, but i can't left click on things like the startup button, volume, internet, calendar etc.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem? I feel like I've tried it all, but no dice.
