Komplete 11 missing plugins in A U instruments logic 9 siera

Hello guys

I am quite new to all that stuff and hope I could get some help.

I recently installed komplete 11 ultimate.

The problem is that when i go to AU Instruments in Logic 9 it only has 5 plugins.I miss everything that has with instruments to do, like alicia keys , abbey road drums, string etc.

Under tge preferences in logic everything is validated but the missing plugins are not there.

I also checked inder the components folder and its empty.

I have some plugins in the native instruments folder under my application and the rest under the shared folder under my user.

I use mac siera.

What am I doing wrong here?

You likely aren't doing anything wrong. The "plugins" you specifically mention are sample based and are accessed from Kontakt so you need to initiate it first. Some other plugins are accessed from Reaktor e.g. Razor.

Be aware that some NI plugins like you to first open the standalone plugin in order to find and correctly build content libraries before opening in a host application. Read the individual manuals that have been installed with Komplete.

If it's there you don't need to reinstall and, trust me, the manuals will all be there, they're part of the install. I would restart your Mac and then try in Logic again. If still not there then follow the advice in this NI support page.

You are looking in the correct place for the components? Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > Components.

That screenshot you posted doesn't show the components folder

If you are looking in the correct place you might try the reinstall step they suggest. Perhaps it only installed the standalone which is why you can see it in your NI folder, I took that to mean it had installed everything. Give that a go and see if it then turns up in your components folder.
