surname and first name in wrong order

On my iCloud account, and my Watch, I'm referred to by my Surname not my First name. How do I rename myself with iCloud so I am {FirstName Surname} instead of {Surname FirstName}?

It's a minor thing, but has the weirdness that for example in Family sharing "Surname's account..." is used instead of "FirstName's.."
