How to Use iCloud Password to Login & Unlock Mac OS X
Hi, i am unable to use my iCloud password to unlock my MAC. See screenshot below. It does not even give me a choice to use iCloud password to unlock the MAC
MacBook, iOS 8.3
You Mac password is totally local ad separate from any other password - each user account on the Mac has it's one password - you could make yours the same as your iCloud password but there is no need to and even if you do if you change either it does not change the other one

Tanks Larry. Up until a few months ago there was a way to use the same password for both. But that options does not appear anymore.
