Keep the display on when playing music and charging.

Prior to IOS11, whenever my phone was charging and apple music was playing music, it would keep the display on (and slightly dimmed). This feature seems to be gone on IOS11. Is there a way to bring this back? It was very useful because I could glance over and see what song was playing, and quickly access the skip functions.

I know you can keep the display on by going into the settings and disabling auto-lock. But this is not what I'm looking for.
