Bonjour instant messaging

After install to High Sierra, I cannot enable Bonjour instant messaging. Can I know if bonjour removed from High Sierra?

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5), ftp server

I believe it has been intentionally removed. The Bonjour client is no longer included in iTunes for Windows either.
