Clock app not working

I've have an iPhone SE working on iOS10. Last night my clock app started refusing to let me set more than one alarm. Eventually it started again but all of the alarms I set turned off overnight and didn't wake me up. I am back to only being able to set one at a time but, even then, the single alarm I set does not go off. Also, the alarm indicator next to the battery is staying on even after I remove all of my alarms. I have forced the app shut, reset my phone and reset settings. None of these have helped at all. Thanks for your help
