Shut down

Disconnect all external devices

Mac Mini: all but video, mouse, keyboard

reset the SMC, repeat two or three times

then boot into safe mode

then reboot normally with devices disconnected.

The image shows a kernel panic.

This is probably caused by incompatible software that is loading during the login process.

Try this: start in Safe Mode and see if the login completes - I'm guessing it will. Let us know.

This is a try to start up in Single User Mode, did not finish.

Re install HSierra.
