Are you asking if Apple uses non-Apple employees to test hardware before release? The answer is not as far as anyone knows.

Or, are you asking if you can test Apple products and review them on another site? Sure. But you have to acquire the product on your own. Apple won't provided it for free.

No, such sites are scams to seperate you from your money.

Any name, or supposed location associated with such scams is irrelevant. No one is going to give away a computer for someone to review.
