streaming services like netflix only playing audio

Since the update to iOS11 on Apple TV 4, my streaming services like Netflix or Showmax won’t play the video once selecting the show. It only plays audio. YouTube works , though . I’ve ,restarted , cleared the apps reset the Wi-Fi, changed the hdmi cable as Netflix suggested but the same thing happens. I’m able to stream shows from my MacBook , iPad or iPhone but it won’t play on the Apple TV. I’ve also tried using airplay from any other devices and it won’t connect.
