Screenshot mouse tracking speed slows down (Annoying)
I don't know if anybody else is experiencing this on the new 10.13 os update, but I just feel unspeakable irritation with how CMD+SHIFT+4 behaves now. It slows the mouse tracking speed down more than twice. Even more irritating part: It only behaves with a mouse, not a trackpad (At least I don't feel it on my MacBook Pro trackpad).
Here's a gif that shows the issue:

As you can see, the Mouse slows down significantly. I had to make screenshots all day today, and honestly this is most confusing/irritating/annoying feature that has been added. With many new features that have been added or adjusted, I don't see this one being able to get "used to". I make screenshots every single day, and now I have to remind myself that I need to put my cursor on the spot at the right time. In example of a live video: I have two external monitors with a macbook screen opened, and my coursor was on the far left monitor and I had to quickly take a screenshot. And guess what, I couldn't. I didn't even realize where my mouse was at that point, where did it get stuck at.
Is there a way to change this back to what it was? At least what was the reason for this? Any data that can confirm this is the best design decision for the 50% of macOS users?
