Are there any apps on the market currently for annotating PDFs in full screen (i.e. no sidebars) with Apple pencil support? I would like to have the PDF be distraction-less and write on it at the same time. Ideally one would be able to scroll pages with a finger swipe and write with the pencil without swapping between read and annotate modes like in most I have found so far.

Why don't you just do your own iOS App Store search for PDF apps or notes apps and see which ones you like and are Apple Pencil compatible?
Many notes apps can deal with PDFs, too!
Everyone has their own preferences for apps that maybe not your own preference.

I have already done extensive searching in the App store unsuccessfully. There are thousands of PDF and note taking applications and many of them are fairly pricey. I was hoping to gain some knowledge from other users regarding the availability of this very specific feature that I would like to have, that, as far as I can tell, is not available anywhere in my searching. This specific feature being, to reiterate, the ability to write on a full screen PDF with no sidebars with the apple pencil, while being able to switch pages using a finger swipe. That description is fairly verbose, and difficult to search for, or tell if it exists within some paid app's short description.
Not every PDF document is going to fill the screen and most notes and PDF apps have a zooming feature.
Why do you need NOT to have side bars and full screen?
I seriously doubt you are going to find those requirements.
I have quite a few PDF and notes apps that can take PDFs too!
And the very popular ones I use don't do what you're asking.

Like I stated most of the popular PDF and notes apps use a zooming feature OR if you use your iPad Pro in portrait mode may come close to filling the screen, but may still need to use a zooming feature.
Its not that this feature is necessary, but rather that I would like to have an intuitive-feeling-app for annotating PDFS, One that makes it seem like I am actually writing on a piece of paper, instead of have to click an annotate button, scribble something down, and then press the button again to scroll / swipe to another page. If you dont know of any apps like this, that is okay, I was just curious if anyone did.
