Splitting the screen

Can’t we split the iPad screen between 2 Apps anymore on iOS 11?!!!

iPad Pro 12.9-inch Wi-Fi, Cellular, iOS 11

Yes, you can.


With an app open, swipe up from the bottom to bring up the dock. If the app you want to split is in there, hold your finger down on the icon for a second or so, then drag it up onto the screen. You’ll see the screen go about 2/3 - 1/3, current/new app.

Drag the new app downjust a bit to reveal a little handle on the top. This will allow you to size the split screen.

It’s not a feature that use but I have done it on iOS11 so it does work.
