There is something wrong with my app store

This issue is causing me some huge problem over last week or so. Currently I have 48 pending apps to be updated in my my ipad but whenever I went to update an app after downloading whole app in the last moment it shows can not download this app right now and the dialogue box have two options "done" or "retry". I have a stable internet connection and I am doing my other internet related work very smoothly so I am sure there is no problem with my internet connection and also my app store is not loading properly. I can see all the names of the apps but there app icon is not popping in the screen as if I am having a very poor internet connection which isn't. My ipad is ipad 2 wifi+celluler 64 GB and my ios version is 9.3.5 which is the last update for my device. I have no other hardware issue with my device and it is working very well and smoothly. I need solution as quick as possible. Thanks in advance.
