MacBook Pro high temperature while running Xcode Or Game

I have a brand new MacBook Pro and when I open Xcode (which is freshly installed) and open a project, it keeps saying "Launching simulator". I am using app utilities to monitor the temp and fan speed.

Fan speed goes to 7200 RPM and a little over. Temp goes up to 150 Fahrenheit.

Then when I press the stop button, the fan slows down and temperature lowers.

This also happens when I play HearthStone, which doesn't require too much cpu power.

I will attach a screenshot while running Xcode

I have another week left to return the laptop.

These are my specifications on the machine:

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)

2.5 GHz Intel Core i7

8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB
