[HELP] macos10.13 mediaanalysisd High CPU Usage

Yesterday I have updated my mbp from 10.12 to 10.13, after the completion of the update, I suspect a weird high cpu usage.

From the Activity Monitor it shows that mediaanalysisd is using 140% of the CPU (as attached)

What is it causing this problem and how to fix it?

Some people mentioned here by deleting the /System/Library/LaunchAgents/com.apple.mediaanalysisd.plist and restart it should work, but the problem it's that I couldn't even delete or move this plist file.
