Video issues w/ LG OLED65B7P TV

I have the LG OLED65B7P monitor connected to the NEW Apple TV 4K (64GB) and having video issues. Attached is a short video showing the issues.

I've tried the following:

  • Connecting the Apple TV 4K into multiple HDMI ports (1&2).
  • Using different HDMI cables / purchased (2x) of the recommended HDMI cables made by Belkin, sold at the Apple Store, tried both of them in both HDMI ports.
  • Reset the LG TV back to factory default (Software Version 03.60.16 / webOS TV Version 3.6.0-20901)
  • Reset the Apple TV 4K back to factory default (tvOS 11.0 (15J381))

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Have the same tv. Problem is the HDMI Cable. Dolby Vision requires a 2.0+ cable. The Belkin Ultra HDMI 2.1 Cable Apple sells ($29) or the MonoPrice Certified Cable ($8). It fixed my issues.

The bandwidth of Dolby Vision is 18g min. Most HDMI Cables are 1.3, 1.4 and early 2.0.
