I'm looking for an app that works with Apple Music and/or iTunes Match.
Ideally it will have a functional back button, a list of played songs, and a straightforward intuitive navigation.
The only app that will let you access your Apple Music subscription is the supplied iOS Music app or the iTunes application on your computer.

Developers can still tap into the Apple music library. The Apple music library is not the same as Apple Music. The Apple Music Library contains music that you have downloaded and paid for, plus any music that you have downloaded from other sources and copied into your Apple Music Library. None of that has changed. You can still maintain an Apple Music Library, independently of Apple Music streaming service.
Spotify is a 3rd party app and it's a self contained API whereas up until "Apple Music", 3rd party developers could tap into the user's music library. Plus it's not the default player of the device and Spotify isn't trying to sell phones so promoting iPhone development doesn't really fit their business model. They also didn't make it so difficult to use and frustrating that people are looking for alternatives.

I know all of that. But it has nothing to do with the question I asked. What third party apps can you use to play Spotify music? I don't know of any and was interested to know.
Lawrence's answer is interesting, though I'm not sure I absolutely agree with it.
Yeah, I found a couple that work great with the regular music and iTunes Match, but none for Apple Music. Looks like I may have to switch to Spotify.
What apps other than Spotify allow you to listen to Spotify music?
