I have recently been verified to access an artist on apple music connect. I don't know where to go, however, to edit the artist profile - like update the apple music profile picture, edit profile, etc.

Depending on your distribution service it may be easier. I'm an independent artist using distrokid and they have an easy upload system that can get your photo on your artist page as long as it reaches all of Apple's guidelines. https://distrokid.com/appleArtistImage/
I'm verified at connect but I can't click on my profile to do changes, so you answer wasnt helpful at all.
Once your music is on Apple Music and the iTunes Store, you can request access to post as an artist on Connect. You will need to sign in with your Apple ID to get started.
While anyone can view and play the content you upload to Connect, artists can only post to Connect from iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac.
I'm not sure if this is true, but i'm assuming they do that in purpose so only signed artists have the means to do so... I looked everywhere and i couldn't find it, and usually only major artists, or signed artists have a profile with a nice photo, and a cool header image... but let's wait to find out if anyone answers...

That's the same problem i'm having with me. I mean I wish it was like Spotify where it's user friendly and it's easy to get verified and edit stuff. Oh Apple please help me. lol
