iOS 11 emoji keyboard bug

Hello,

After updating to iOS 11 I started to experience some odd behavior when typing messages on Telegram. When I long-presssed the world icon and activated the emoji keyboard it overflowed the text area. At first I thought it is some kind of bug with Telegram. But later I figured out that it actually happens with every messaging. I have tested it on other iPhones. Same thing happens. I have submitted a bug report to Apple. I hoped many people would recognize it and it would be solved by the update. But after updating to iOS 11.0.1 the problem still continues.

I have recorded a demo and uploaded it to YouTube in case I couldn't make myself clear. Please let me know if it is by design or it is an actual bug.

If it's a feature it really makes texting hard. What can I do to solve it? I need to use multiple keyboards. So I need a solution.
