when I enter in a digital movie code in the Redeem screen and hit enter nothing happens?

Hi All,

I have multiple movies that I am trying to redeem the digital copy and in each case when I enter the code provided in the redeem screen and hit enter nothing happens, the iTunes redeem screen just sits there. I'm not getting any messages or errors so I have no clue why it is not doing anything. So far I have tried 4 different movie codes - 3 from Disney and 1 from Paramount.

Anyone else run into this problem?

Any ideas on how to resolve?
