How do I move my music to my iCloud storage instead of my actual iPhone storage

If you just move your music to iCloud Drive, you will not be able to play it on your iPhone. To give Music app access to your library, you can subscribe either to iTunes Match, or Apple Music Services. In either case, you should still maintain a copy on your computer.
