Anyway, I believe the RR.COM would work the same way as TWC.COM. You might consider logging on to TWC.COM and checking there or calling Time Warner if you have the above settings (aside from the server name being mail.rr.com) and they're not working.

I have made no changes to my iMac for awhile. For a few days now I have been unable to send mail using Apple's Mail application. I have a TWC Roadrunner account.

There is an error message: authentication rejected AUP#1100

I have NOT updated to iOS 11 and I have no trouble sending mail on my iPhone.

Searching online, I see that others have had trouble sending email with TWC servers in the last few days.

It works fine for me. Settings > Accounts & Passwords > [Accounts] TWC > Account > [Outgoing Mail Server] SMTP > [Primary Server] mail.twc.com:

Not me.

I've been on iOS 11 since the day it was released (Sept. 19). I've also used MacOS High Sierra since the day it was released (Sept. 25). At no time have I had an issue sending email with TWC servers, which I do many times from both Mac and iPhone each and every day.
