My iphone 6 plus is locked on either the apple logo or the recovery screen. I plugged into my computer to try to restore or recovery but it is asking for my passcode which I can not access

Are you referring to a Password or a Passcode? The latter is the four digit code for the Lock Screen. The former could be for any number of things. More information would be helpful. As for the passcode, if that is what you need then:

Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10-15 seconds).
Restore: Connect your iPhone to iTunes on your computer, backup, and then select Restore to Factory.
its my same problem my iphone 6s stuck on white screen with apple logo i tried to restart and leave it till dead by own the same and this morning i connected to my computer to restore it but its keep give me open your device with passcode to connect to itunes ( thats after restore finished) but my screen not open to enter my pass code
I did not forget my password. I can not access the screen to put it in.
