Chances are though, you are seeing the "old" network on your Mac when you click on the WiFi icon at the top of the Mac's screen. Would that be correct?
All that you can do with an AirPort Extreme is change the name of the network, or the password for the network. There are no "old" networks stored on the AirPort Extreme. The only network that is displayed on the AirPort Extreme when you look at the settings using AirPort Utility is the current network name that you have programmed. We can show you that this is true if you wish.

It’s an AirPort Extreme.
Is your question solved? Or, do you still see the "old" network(s) on your Mac when you click on the WiFi menu at the top of screen?
If this is the case, post back for more instructions.
