BDLDAEMON too much cpu and ram

hi there I was just wondering why my Mac is running a bdldaemon and using lot of cpu and ram please help

iPad, iOS 1.x, iOS 8 .1.2

bdldaemon is a component of Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac. If you're experiencing slowness on account of this daemon utilizing too much CPU time and memory, see the article from Bitdefender below for tips that can help get things running smoothly again.

My Mac is very slow since I installed Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac (general slowdown) / High CPU usage BDLDaemon
