High Sierra Login issues on iMac/Apple Watch

I have user login turned off on my iMac but on each reboot with High Sierra I'm required to sign on using my user account password.

Also, Apple Watch Series 2 after the upgrade of both OS, is not recognized by the iMac to unlock.
