iCloud 10 changes decimals in Outlook

Hi,

Today I updated iCLoud for Windows to the latest version (10?).

After restarting Oulook showed many decimals in the fields for Reminder, and for example also with the current weather plugin (see images).

As far as I can see, this also occurred with earlier iCloud releases (version 3?).

So it looks that an old bug has popped-up again...

Before the update all was fine, so my only conclusion is that it's a tiny bug.

I'm running W10 en Office 2016 locally.

Hope you can help since it's looking rather silly this way.

An update....

New iCloud version wasn't 10, but 7.x

Update went from 6.x to 7.x yesterday by the Apple software updater.

Today removed iCloud fully, and reinstalled the version from apple.com which btw. is still 6.x??

Decimals look fine now again.

Hopefully Apple can fix this by checking the previous error resolution.

Also, I was hoping that iCloud for Windows could use an app specific password instead of my regular password, but the created password is not accepted by iCloud for Windows...(unfortunately), even though the standard reply on iCloud for Windows issues contain the solution to create such an app specific password??

@Apple: any idea?

I noticed this as well.

My setup is Windows 7 with English OS language with Swedish keyboard and Office 2016. I was forced to uninstall iCloud Panel as I was not able to print. The A4 paper size was like 270000000 cm x 210000000 cm.

Once uninstalled, restarted Outlook, all back to normal.

Even confirmed on the MS community: Too many decimals (Zeros) show in Outlook calender?

I guess you mixed it. Mine is set to German (with comma as decimal) and with this setting, the problem occured on my PC. I meanwhile uninstalled iCloud, as I don't really need it - still, thanks for this suggestion/solution!

Considering, that the problem derived from a regional settings "mismatch", it is amazing what kind of an impact this has on the display. I mean, temperatures in Outlook are usually integers ⚠ and now, we have a decimal with 11 (my count) decimal places all of a sudden.
