I had been having this issue for months, I have no idea why all of a sudden I was getting this error message about the shipping address. However, based on the suggestion of changing the state from an abbreviation, I tried it, it didn't work. I then realized it was looking for the address the USPS suggests whenever I order online. It doesn't like that I spell out Lane for our street, it always corrects it to LN. Additionally, it has our zip code in a nearby city, we live in an adjacent suburb to that city. In order to placate the websites system, I submit and I always receive my orders. I did that with Apple Pay and it's now working. I don't understand it, but for today, I am happy to find the workaround.
