Are all versions of Apple Watch the same size?

Im looking to order an Apple Watch V3, but would like to get a third party band and cover to protect the watch. Im unable to find any info as to if the watch is the exact same dimensions as V1 and V2. For my line of work Id like to get a more durable band. Any information is greatly appreciated.

I just went to the link you posted, it fits the 38mm Apple Watch series 1 & 2, the series 3 follows the same sizes 38 and 42.

When shopping here Buy Apple Watch Series 3 - Apple when looking at a watch, make sure the size says 38mm. if you tell me which watch color and model I can link you directly to the right watch.

The Apple Watch has two sizes, 38mm and 42mm when looking to order any bands either from Apple or a 3rd party seller, make sure the size matches the size of your Apple Watch.

If you have an Apple Watch, take it off and on the back it will tell you the size, if you're looking to order one make sure to order the one that matches the size given for the band you're looking at.

Yes I understand this....however, when looking online for cases they all say "Fits apple watch 1 and 2" but do not specify for Version 3. I am just wondering if there have been any significant specification changes in regard to size and if it would fit in a band/case designed for versions 1 and 2. It doesn't appear to be that way but wanted to be sure.
