Tap the 123 button, the comma is the second button from the left on the bottom row. Tap ABC to get back to the letters.

To see what he is talking about, try doing that when you are in the To field of Mail.
I never paid much attention to where the comma was, so I am not aware if this has changed. Writing this note, I have it on the main ABC page, then it is on the .?123 page also, and nothing on the #+= page.
123 emoji microphone @ . Return buttons
If you’re seeing the @ key, you’re in the “email address” keyboard that shows up when you highlight, for example, the To entry field. That keyboard does not have the comma key.
On my iPad air 2 with iOS 11.0.1, I do not have a comma option on the keyboard when I press the #+= key. I get the comma option when I press the 123 key or from the main ABC display.
Thanks for everyone’s input. I received input from a non-Apple tech support person that the lack of a comma in the email keyboard is a know problem on the iPhone 5s. My iPads however both old and new have the comma.

Interesting! Perhaps they have changed this in iOS 11. (I am still on iOS 10, and my 123 level has no comma)
Thanks, I believe I am using the standard QWERTY keyboard. At the bottom of the text keyboard you have
123 emoji microphone @ . Return buttons
when you touch the 123 button it shows a ._-+ If you then touch the #+= key a second row of symbols appear but no comma it appears you can see two periods but no comma.
Difficult to understand since you need to insert a comma when entering multiple email addresses
language setting is English QWERTY

Are you in the To field of the Mail app when you get that?

Yes, but Swiftmud needs it for the To field, and the keyboards are different there. He said he could not find comma in any of those pages. Rysz also could not.
Perhaps he will return and indicate whether that is still the case.
. Rysz also could not.
Still no comma and I’m on iOS 11.
I even tested with Display Zoom on and off, thinking the extra room on the screen might affect number of keys displayed, but this made no difference.

Do you perhaps see a comma on the topmost rightmost key (I do, but it's an ipad).

Interesting that it does on an ipad (#+= level, top right corner) but not on an iphone...
It seems I can find a comma option in any place where I might need one. As you said, hopefully we will get a response to see if we offered any help.

But only on an iPad, right? If you have it on an iPhone in the Mail To: field, what model is it?
where is the comma on the iphone 5s keyboard
