I don't understand the $99 bill.

I have never paid for an Apple Music Subscription. My music was purchased through ITunes with gift cards. I don't want this. Cannot afford this. Will stop buying music from you. Where the **** did you get a payment from? Why wasn't I ever notified???? Bad business practices. I don't use Apple Music on IOS....it is a wasted app. My phone is my phone. I use it for business and personal.

You are overreacting. As LACAllen has said, this is probably a phishing attempt, and since you do not see it in your purchases nor on a credit card statement, it isn't something to worry about. There are constantly people out there attempting to get subscription information from people from a variety of places, and it seems iTunes is one of the latest targets. People are sent emails and or text messages claiming you made a purchase for something you would never purchase, for a large amount of money and then ask you to click a link in the message to dispute the charge. They hope you will log in with your information which they capture and then drain your account.

You can post a copy of the message here if you wish and it would help to make sure. You can also take a look at this support document to help you identify fraudulent messages. Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

I got a notice I had been charged $99. Since I am not a subscriber, I wondered where it had come from and who had been charged. When I signed into Apple, my account had been suspended, probably because of an outdated credit card. I cannot find a charge for it on my credit cards, however it is NOT something I would EVER order. Not a fan of this. I see from the discussion several people have been charged while on other Apple Music programs. My purchases are mostly with gift cards, but if I'm going to have to pay to get music for my iPod, I will tell my family and friends not to buy me the gift cards. I'll just listen to what I have and a call it good.
