DVD-Audio to iPod Conversion

I've purchased two awesome Frank Zappa DVD-Audio discs and want to convert them for listening on my 80GB iPod. I use a third-party iPod Video Converter for my normal DVD conversion and have had no problems however it can't seem to handle these discs.

Does anyone know of any program that will convert DVD-Audio for iPod?
