How do I know if I have a Retina display?
I just bought a 2017 Macbook Pro, I don't know or have any idea if I got a retina or not. My Dad bought it for me. Can anyone show me how I can see/find if I have a retina display?
MacBook Pro, iOS 11.0.1

Go to Apple logo (top left) > About this Mac. Click on Overview in the panel which comes up and the third line down Macbook Pro (retina).should confirm it.

Hi,
Have a look in the System Report under the Graphics/Display section. You should find the word Retina at the end of the Resolution line.
Hope this helps.
Yes. At the top there are five options. On the extreme left hand side is Overview. If that option is highlighted, the third line down will tell you if your machine is Retina or not.
Did you find it?
Ok, so I don't see Overview. Do you mean System Report?
